General information about the service

The Call Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of the Azerbaijan carries out the rendering information services about all services rendered within "ASAN service" centers and covers all regions of the Republic.

Call Center is created for the responding of population questions about the ASAN services immediately, without visiting centers,  operatively, informing them about rendered services and complaining about the offences that they met. 

It is possible to benefit from Call Center by dialing 108 from any region of the Republic and in a paid form from mobile operators.

Work schedule:

Call Center functions from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm on Monday-Friday and from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm on Saturday in live mode, on non-working days Call Center functions via operator system.
