Following services are rendered for citizens by Call Center:
In live mode:
- Responding of the questions related to services rendered by state entities at “ASAN service” centers.
- Receipt of compliance and information on offences while rendering services, forwarding this information for investigation.
In automatic mode:
In order to reach to Call Center you can call from any region of Republic by stationary phones to 108 without any charge, and based on payment through the mobile operators. During the call robot will greet you first then present the menu, then you will push required button and the call will be transferred to the operator.
You can call and communicate with the staff of Call Center during the working day from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
If, you call is addressed to Call Center presents a character of question, the staff will give you relevant advice within the boundaries of law, if you called to Call Center for complaint, your complaint will be received and will be forwarded to the relevant department.
